I find it interesting when I tell my customers who are Filipino that I’m Filipino as well. Today at work, I met 2 families who were both Filipino. They both were speaking Tagalog in front of me and I asked if they were Filipino (obviously). They said yes and asked if I was too. I said yeah and they had that surprised look on their face.
